Roy Lefranc
My name is Roy Lefranc, I am the founder of Endeavor Operations. I organize sport events, manage athletes and coordinate expeditions. My main focus and speciality is organizing and managing the operations departement from an event.
Since 2017 I graduated from the University of applied Science in Amsterdam with a Sport management and entrepreneur bachelor. Before university I succeeded at the CIOS a sport education college with a specialization in snow sports education.
During my two studies I had the opportunity to work for inspiring companies and created valuable skills. After my studies I worked for 4 years at the Freeride and E-bike World Tour as Mountain operations manager.
After my full time work I went for the adventure and the beauty to expand horizons on my own.

Endeavor Operations, means adventure operations. The word adventure is part of my DNA and part of the Company's DNA.
