Endeavor Operations was in charge of all the operation processes on the field during the set up days, show days and dismantling period. Setting up and branded the different venues, coordinating and installing the suppliers while maintaining the operational planning. Endeavor Operations led the freelance event managers and volunteers in order to build the event on site. Next to that we secured the village and coordinated the security for the nights.
